The Kuje Housing Project is a prestigious residential development in Nigeria, carried out in collaboration with the Federal Road Safety Corps Housing Cooperative, Moabi-Bomar, and BOMAR JE Architects and Engineers. The Istanbul Science & Technology University (ISTU) project, developed by BOMAR Cons. Co. LLC, is envisioned as a landmark in modern education and research infrastructure. Nurafshon Smart City – Regional Center, Tashkent, Uzbekistan

The Nurafshon Smart City project, designed by BOMAR Cons. LLC and constructed by Limkolin Group Limited, represents a landmark development in Tashkent. YILDIZTABYA URBAN TRANSFORMATION PROJECT/ ISTANBUL

Led by the Municipality of Gaziosmanpaşa in collaboration with BOMAR Ltd. and an international consortium of companies, the Yıldıztabya Urban Transformation Project stands as one of Istanbul’s most prestigious redevelopment initiatives. Homs International Airport

Designed and developed by BOMAR Cons. LLC, Homs International Airport in Syria stands out with its modern terminal concept, passenger-friendly design, and compliance with IATA standards. The project included design, consultancy, feasibility, and cost analysis services, positioning it as a key aviation hub in the region

Automall – Automobile and New Technologies Exhibition and Sales Center

Developed by BOMAR Ltd., the Automall Project is designed as a prestigious hub where automobiles and new technologies are showcased and sold in a modern environment. Symbolized by its iconic wheel-shaped architecture, the project integrates sales areas, notary, insurance, banking, and social facilities under one roof, offering a holistic service experience. Bunna International Bank Building – Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Designed by BOMAR Corp. in 2018, the Bunna International Bank Building in Addis Ababa showcases a modern architectural approach. Featuring functional vertical massing, horizontal recreational slits, and detailed façade engravings, the project stands out as a strong financial hub that reflects both aesthetics and corporate identity

Schlumberger 650 Housing Project – Angola

Orozo MB Housing Complex – Nigeria

Developed under the investment of the Federal Road Safety Corps Housing Cooperative, the Orozo MB Housing Complex was designed by BOMAR JE Architects and Engineers with consultancy from Moabi-Bomar. Featuring modern architecture, functional apartment layouts, and community-oriented living spaces, the project provides residents with a comfortable and secure environment.

Deneyim Construction Residential Project

Developed by Deneyim Construction with design and consultancy by BOMAR İnşaat Ltd., this modern residential project features contemporary architecture and functional layouts. With extensive green spaces, social facilities, and integrated commercial units, the project aims to provide residents with a comfortable and high-quality living environment.

Kaş Wooden Housing Project

Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Techno Centre Building – Almaty, Kazakhstan

Constructed by Limkolin LLC with design and consultancy by BOMAR LLC, the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Techno Centre is developed to support modern education and research infrastructure. With its contemporary architectural design, functional interior solutions, and alignment with advanced technologies, the building aims to become a central hub for scientific and academic growth.

Bunna International Bank Head Office Building

Developed by BOAS Investment and Construction LLC and managed by CODA Software Consultant, the Bunna International Bank Head Office Building stands out with its modern architecture and iconic façade design. With its innovative form and functional office spaces, the building is positioned as a strong financial hub in Addis Ababa.

KUWAIT EMBASSY BUILDING ANKARA/GOP

Designed and realized by BOMAR in Ankara, the Embassy of Kuwait Building stands out as one of the city’s most significant diplomatic landmarks, distinguished by its contemporary architectural lines, bold geometric volumes, and iconic presence.

The project masterfully combines modern materials with a refined sense of functionality and aesthetics, giving the building a timeless identity.

This unique architectural work was awarded the First Prize by the Knurescu Kuwait Foundation, receiving international recognition and appreciation.

Architectural style highlights include:
